By accessing or using Pokemon Fusion Generator (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site provides

The Site offers a free, browser-based tool that combines two Pokémon into a fan-made “fusion” with a generated name, type, base stats and recoloured artwork, together with articles and guides. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Unofficial fan project and trademarks

The Site is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon, Pokémon character names and related artwork are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Artwork shown in the generator is loaded from the PokéAPI sprite repository.

4. Personal, non-commercial use

You may use the Site and the fusion images you create for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing with friends or on social media. You may not sell fusion images, use them in commercial products, or present them as official Pokémon content. Rights in the underlying characters and artwork remain with their owners.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or mass-download content.
• Do not use the contact form to send spam, unlawful or abusive content.

6. Our content

Except for third-party material described above, the Site's design, text and code are owned by Pokemon Fusion Generator. You may link to any page of the Site.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Fusion stats and types are generated for entertainment and do not reflect any official game.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokemon Fusion Generator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
