Colour map: each main colour of your sprite becomes a donor colour, ranked by area.
A Pokemon Fusion Generator with Custom Sprites lets you upload your own image as one of the fusion parents. Upload a PNG, WEBP, GIF or JPEG sprite as the Head to use its colours, or as the Body to use its shape, and fuse it with any of the 1,025 Pokémon in your browser.

PikachuPalette swap calculator
To recolour a custom sprite with a Pokémon palette, upload your sprite (or pick a Pokémon shape) and choose a palette donor. The calculator recolours the sprite and lists every colour swap as hex codes.

Upload a PNG, WEBP, GIF or JPEG, or use a Pokémon's shape instead.
Choose a donor
Pick the Pokémon whose colours you want.
Read the colour map
See each original colour, its new colour and both hex codes, then download.
Custom sprite fusion
The custom sprite generator runs the same palette transfer on your image as on official artwork: it finds up to 6 main colours in each image, ranks them by area and repaints the Body with the Head colours while keeping the original shading.
Tips for custom sprites
Use a transparent PNG with one character centred on the canvas. Images up to a few megabytes work well, and the generator scales every upload into a 384 × 384 pixel square before fusing.
Custom sprite ideas
Custom sprite fusion ideas work with 4 kinds of Pokémon partners: strong palettes, simple shapes, pixel-friendly sprites and colourful legendaries.
Strong palettes such as Gengar, Charizard and Sylveon recolour a custom Body clearly.
Simple shapes such as Ditto, Voltorb and Jigglypuff take custom colours well.
Pixel-friendly fusions keep clear outlines at 96 pixels.
Colourful legendaries such as Ho-Oh and Rayquaza bring bold palettes to a custom sprite.
Custom sprite tool
The Pokemon Fusion Generator with Custom Sprites has 6 features: custom uploads, Pokémon stats, Pokémon types, fusion names, pixel export and private processing.
Custom uploads
Upload your own sprite as the shape, then clear it to use a Pokémon shape again.
Pokémon stats
Stats come from the Pokémon chosen in each slot, so pick the closest Pokémon to your sprite.
Pokémon types
Types come from the selected Pokémon, so your custom sprite inherits a real type pair.
Fusion names
The fusion name uses the Pokémon in each slot, ready to rename on your own.
Hex colour map
Every colour swap is listed with both hex codes, ready for your pixel art editor.
Private processing
Uploaded images stay in your browser memory and are never uploaded.

Custom sprite FAQ
Yes, press Upload a sprite in the calculator and choose a PNG, WEBP, GIF or JPEG image. Your sprite keeps its shape and takes the donor's colours until you press Clear upload.
A transparent PNG with one centred character works best. Solid backgrounds count as part of the sprite, so remove the background first for a clean fusion.
No, custom sprites never leave your device. The image is read and fused inside your browser, and refreshing the page removes it.
No, Pokémon Infinite Fusion custom sprites are hand-drawn fusions made by fans for the game, while this generator recolours your own image automatically. Use the Infinite Fusion Sprite Generator for a pixel-art look.
The recoloured sprite downloads as a 384 × 384 pixel PNG. Upload a larger sprite to keep more detail.
